Web Design Photography
Web design photography expresses a website identity and who we are, especially identifying with the uniqueness of the local geography.
Time and time again people’s eyes light up as they say, “How did you do that?”, “Wow!”, “It brings life to the room” and so on.
There are often comments about photography on a website, but more so the impression of the site as a result.
There is always one special photograph for a website.
For Royal North Shore Hospital, it was the night shot; for Redbox Catering, the savory wraps; for Golden Grove it was the wide angle lens of their renovation; for ShawSafe, the helicopter; for Get Active Physio, the swimming pool; for Forum Pharmacy, the painted ceiling.
Web Design & Photography Examples
From Get Active Physio: this image has been on the home page for some years – an image that lasts over time.
From John Rigby Art: the artist’s signature “Rigby” was used throughout the site. The photographs of paintings were edited for web presentation.
The website is being added to the Pandora Archive project with State and National Library archives.
From Infrashore – Royal North Shore Hospital project gallery: images of this construction project are permanent historical records. Images are used with media announcements, flyers, mouse mats, rewards program, publications, information brochures and more.
From Golden Grove Accommodation & Conferencing: photographs of the renovated Georgian-style building – used on the website and brochures.
From newtimeline8 : A friend of mine at St Augustine’s does street evangelism and was seeking a website to stay in touch with people. Photos were taken on location, and this one of the “posts” at Shorncliffe Pier was used for Simon’s posts page.
